Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?
Not all, but a few products are made on-demand to reduce waste and maintain our commitment to sustainability. This also allows us to offer fantastic prices to our customers. Please allow 2-5 business days for your items to ship from the warehouse as we craft your order just for you. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or rural zip codes?
Yes, we do! However, please note that expedited or overnight deliveries are not guaranteed to P.O. boxes or rural zip codes. For these addresses, we recommend selecting standard shipping.

What do I do if my tracking says my order has been delivered but I haven’t received it?
Oh no! If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact our support team at customerservice@subpar.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

What about international shipping?
If you're ordering from outside the US, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). These fees are applied once your shipment reaches your destination country and are your responsibility as the customer. SubPar is not responsible for these charges.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
We no longer offer free returns. However, we do accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date. Please note the following:

  • DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Print-On-Demand Products: These items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • Other Products: Returns will be refunded as store credit or to your original payment method, less a $5 restock fee.

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, email customerservice@subpar.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
